Below are common errors found with the Risk Software. Please note this only applies to version 2.4.4 and above.
The current version of the software is 3. If you do not have this version you may request a free update by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . When emailing please give you company name and date of purchase.
Common Issues
At the password screen you receive an error: A Problem occurred in string. Error 3706: Provider cannot be found.
During installation an error message appears referring to SCRRUN.DLL.
During installation an error message appears referring to MSJRO.DLL.
On entering the password you receive an error message.
Keep your data in good condition.
