In order to access any of these PDF files, the Adobe Acrobat Reader software must be used. If you currently have this software installed on your local hard drive, you can use it to view or print any of these PDF files after you have downloaded them.

To view Word(Doc) documents you must have Microsoft Word installed on your system or another word processor with the ability to view the Microsoft DOC file format.
