European Electrical Machinery Safety
This is the 2nd UCPD course launched by Laidler Associates and deals with the specifics issues surrounding the electrical safety of machines. EN 60204-1 is the main electrical standard for machinery and this course examines the requirements laid down in the standard and then looks at how other relevant standards work with 60204 to ensure that the machine is electrically safe. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is also included in the course due to its affect on the safety of machinery.
