Fire Safety Guidelines
Amendments to the Fire Regulations, introduced in December 1999, imposed obligations on the majority of employers to assess and document the risks to staff and the public from fire on their premises.
Laidler Associates can assist companies to meet these requirements, with extensive experience in conducting fire risk assessments in industry. Assessments offered range from a cost effective ‘health check’, through to a ‘comprehensive evaluation’ of the risk of fire and subsequent damage to people, property or business operation, depending on the needs of the individual client.
Fire Engineering Solutions
Laidler Associates can help prevent delays to building projects and the associated costs by developing justified fire-engineering solutions. These will demonstrate to the regulatory authorities a satisfactory level of fire safety. Working in partnership with other professionals such as architects, we will ensure fire safety compliance with building regulations and codes of practice, avoiding unnecessary burdens on the cost or time scale of a project.
