In 2006, Ofcom reviewed the use of 0845 and 0870 telephone numbers, and came to the conclusion that they are confusing to customers. They have introduced new numbers starting 0333 for companies. These numbers are charged at the same amount for calls to 03 numbers as they would for calling a geographic number (beginning with ‘01’ or ‘02’). Laidler Associates have decided to change the main phone number to 0333 123 7777. Please make a note of the changed number. The Fax number is 0333 123 7788. Anyone calling the existing number will hear a message about the number change, then be connected.
