mCom won't activate even though I am entering the correct key?
Our activation server's have been updated which sometimes causes problems with older versions of mCom. Please update to at least version 1.0.5.0 and try again
I have tried downloading mCom but I get a Permission Denied error. What's wrong?
You need to be logged in to download the software from our site. If you don't have an account please create one here or login using the login form down the left hand side.
How do I ensure that I am downloading the latest version?
mCom versions starting with 1.0.5.0 contain an automatic update feature which will prompt you if you are using an outdated version of the software as they are released.
Alternatively please be sure to download the highest version number from our download page here
I have forgotten my username and/or password. Can I reset it?
If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by filling in our forgot password form here.

To get a quote for the software you currently need to contact us, using the contact form below however we will need some information off you to be able to provide you with this quote. Please provide us with your name, company name (if applicable) and a full postal address and we will send you a proposal as soon as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of credit cards for payment. We can also issue a pro forma invoice however payment is required BEFORE you will receive your license key.
